Ghosted by monsters

I had no experience with them couldn't get in contact with them they were a really good company back in the day I just walk in to guitar center and trade my cables out however they don't carry them anymore and they're impossible to get in touch with ghosted smh

Please, I have already chatted and Beyond frustration with your company's inability to have a real person have a real phone conversation. Trying to find a customer service phone number is next to Impossible.

When they do they, want to charge you to speak with someone in a customer service area. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!

Audio Chords Suck

I bought an aux chord from Ace Hardware about a year ago to use in an older vehicle. The entire time I had it, it cut in and out and needed to constantly be manipulated to get clear sound.

It was a complete nightmare. As someome who has used monster cables in my car stereo systems for 25 years, I am highly displeased with the quality of your aux chords and I will not be buying anymore of your products going forward.

Today, I threw the aux chord out of the window and have no intention of using monster again. What was once a quality company has fallen from grace.

I Have several monster cables, I bought a new pedal, And I need it to use another one, my surprise was when I plugged it.

A huge buzzing sound appear.

I twisted to check it out, and I was able to see cables apart.

So I decided to use my warrantee and call you guys.
